Below are our most Frequently Asked Questions from our members.

Q: How can my family attended the events?
A: Our events are open to all Playin' Around Town members. Occasionally, we may need to limit the number of attendees per event. In this case, members will have to reserve their space online and we will post when all spaces are reserved, on our website. Events will be on a first come first serve basis.

Q:  What is required of me in order to attend the events?
A: Because our sponsors are hand selected to meet your families needs, we require that each member take a brief survey after attending an event.

Q: What information will you be collecting in the post event survey?
A: The brief surveys (20 questions and under) could be a combination of the following type of questions: Rating of events, Rating of sponsors, Sponsor specified questions, demographic questions, past or future purchasing decisions. All surveys taken by our members are completely anonymous and the information you provide will only be shared in a collective format (combined with all our other members responses). Surveys must be taken within 7 calendar days of attending an event. Until our system alerts us that a survey has been complete, members will not be able to sign-up for future events.

Q: How do I become a member:
A: Go to the member page on our website and fill out the sign up form, or click here to join.

Q: Can I bring my neighbors/friends/extended families children to the events?
A: Due to limited space and a large number of members wanting to attend our events, we request that our members limit attendance to their immediate families. Being parents ourselves, we understand that occasionally members will help out friends and family by watching their kids and may need to bring them to the events. We ask that you respect your fellow members and only do this on a rare occasion, as you may be preventing others to attend. Since we are dedicated to enriching the lives of families, we cannot accept reservations from groups such as daycares or summer camps.

Q: How do I change or cancel a reservation?
A: We request that you give us no less that 48 hour notice if you need to change your reservation or cancel it. If you are requesting to add attendees to your reservation, there may be a chance that there is no longer any additional spaces available. If this happens and  you can no longer attend the event we request that you cancel your reservation. If you would like to cancel your reservation, you can do so on your personal member page, by selecting the cancel this event link. We do monitor the attendance of our events and verify them to the reservations. If a member consistently reserves space for an event, but doesn't show, we will have to cancel their membership.

Q: Do you share my profile information with any party outside of Playin' Around Town?
A: Absolutely not. The information you provide when becoming a member is solely viewed and used by the Playin' Around Town staff. The personal information that we request from you, helps us determine where to have events, what the estimated attendance will be, the age group of the children, and to know you on a first name basis. We will never sell or rent our members information to a third party. We will not provide the sponsors with any of your personal information.
